After using DB Autos for servicing and MOT tests for the last seven years I decided to look at their used cars for sale.The Web site shows lots of photos and specifications of the cars available.After viewing a Nissan Qashqai had a test drive and purchased it. Picked up a week later with one year MOT, one year rac roadside cover and three months warranty. Very happy with the presentation of the car and the service received.

Whilst we have used D B Auto's for servicing this was our first time buying a used car from them. It was a extremely professional experience at DB Autos Ltd In Saltash. Harvey was knowledgeable, low-pressure, gave us a decent trade in price, whilst the price was fixed for the new car ( but fair ) we got a service, fresh MOT & a new cambelt . Harvey worked with us when we had to alter the pick up date, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

I purchased a Qashqai from this garage and from looking at the car to test driving it the service was great. After I decided to purchase the vehicle I sat down with the sales guy and went over all the paperwork and details he then explained to me what they were going to do before the pick up date a full service and a MOT with no advisories plus they even sorted out a spare key for it. Highly recommend this garage very helpful.

Harvey was extremely personable & easy to talk to, as well as being extremely knowledgeable about all of his vehicles. He was more than happy for us to take a test drive, putting no limits on how far we went, and did not give us any hard sell upon our return.

In addition, his service in preparing the car so it was at it's absolute best before we collected it, as well as getting this all done sooner than his promised date, were second to none.

This is obviously a family business that takes a great deal of pride in the cars they offer for sale, the knowledge they have and the friendly respect they have for their customers. The faith they have in their cars is backed up by the warranty they give so that the concerns that I have often had in buying a used car did not exist in this purchase. When we are in need of a different car in the future we will certainly return to them as, I am sure, many of their previous customers do.

Purchased a car from here, simple process and the young lad who sold it to me was fantastic. I had a very very minor issue, the garage fixed it no problem, again fantastic customer service from the owner and the women on the phone. Very knowledgable and trustworthy. When buying my new vehicle, I was supported at every stage, with kindness and generosity. I was able to test drive the car as many times as I needed in order to be sure that I was making the right decision. The salesman was understanding and informative. He made sure that I was fully aware of all of the information needed to purchase the vehicle, giving me time to decide if I was definitely making the right decision. He had a friendly, caring disposition, putting me at ease at each stage of the purchase. He was thorough with the paperwork, being open and honest through all the stages. He took the time to demonstrate all of the car's technology showing patience and understanding at my lack of tech knowledge. At no time did I feel pressured or patronised by this lovely, family run garage. Having used the garage for many years, I know that I will receive great aftercare, should I need any help with my new vehicle.

From start to finish it was great. Answered all questions quickly and professionally. Harvey came and picked me up/dropped me back from the train station when i came over to view the car. Before picking up the car they gave it a new MOT, sorted my V5 and the tax before I took the car away. Since driving the car the only problem I've had is a faulty sensor resulting in the A/C not working correctly which they fixed free of charge.

Excellent service when purchasing a used car from DB Autos - professional outfit - easy to arrange a date and time to look at the vehicle, and was able to take for a decent test drive. No movement considered on price, but was a decent price for the vehicle anyway. Seller carried out a full service, MOT and belt and water pump change, and supplied a spare wheel free of charge. Three months warranty included, haven't needed to use it so far.
