Well i bought a car from DB AUTOS had a few problems with it went to see them & they didn't give up until they sort it out even though it was at the end of the guarantee period ,so the service they give is 100% i would definitely recommend them if anyone i know is looking for a new car because in my mind because i am a particular person ,because they only buy QUALITY CLEAN VEHICLES so well worth a look there before driving around looking, i would definitely buy from them again ,its like i have always found dealing with a local family run business you aways get fantastic genuine service well done to all of you at DBAUTOS from Harvey the sales man right up though the business to the boss ,also after moving down to saltash from north Devon i never thought i would be lucky to find a genuine garage as i had up there for 48 years thank you once again

Purchased a car from here, simple process and the young lad who sold it to me was fantastic. I had a very very minor issue, the garage fixed it no problem, again fantastic customer service from the owner and the women on the phone. Very knowledgable and trustworthy. Won’t be using anyone else when it comes to servicing my car / MOTs. Recommended to family and friends!

When buying my new vehicle, I was supported at every stage, with kindness and generosity. I was able to test drive the car as many times as I needed in order to be sure that I was making the right decision. The salesman was understanding and informative. He made sure that I was fully aware of all of the information needed to purchase the vehicle, giving me time to decide if I was definitely making the right decision. He had a friendly, caring disposition, putting me at ease at each stage of the purchase. He was thorough with the paperwork, being open and honest through all the stages. He took the time to demonstrate all of the car's technology showing patience and understanding at my lack of tech knowledge. At no time did I feel pressured or patronised by this lovely, family run garage. Having used the garage for many years, I know that I will receive great aftercare, should I need any help with my new vehicle.

From start to finish it was great. Answered all questions quickly and professionally. Harvey came and picked me up/dropped me back from the train station when i came over to view the car. Before picking up the car they gave it a new MOT, sorted my V5 and the tax before I took the car away. Since driving the car the only problem I've had is a faulty sensor resulting in the A/C not working correctly which they fixed free of charge.

Excellent service when purchasing a used car from DB Autos - professional outfit - easy to arrange a date and time to look at the vehicle, and was able to take for a decent test drive. No movement considered on price, but was a decent price for the vehicle anyway. Seller carried out a full service, MOT and belt and water pump change, and supplied a spare wheel free of charge. Three months warranty included, haven't needed to use it so far.
